It's been 2 years since my last release and a lot has happened between then and now. So unsure of what I wanted to do or where I was headed with this music shit, I sunk deep into depression. I was filled with guilt, rage, fear, anxiety, pain, and overthinking. On the bright side, It thought me the Importance of dedication and perseverance, love, and self-care. I had to deal with myself the most and I had to quiet some voices in my head. I had to heal and I continue to.

I wrote this song as a reminder to myself and to everyone going through tough times and need a message to cling on to.

We all have the ability to soar the sky but you have to be willing to jump and spread your wings and the only thing that can stop you is you.
