As residents of the Cityfox New York events, it was high time @adriatique had the chance to flex their repertoire and range beyond a 2hr peaktime slot. On April 11, did they ever. After superb sets by Mark Slee (@mcslee), Atish (@atish) and then Martin Buttrich live (@martin-buttrich), Adrian & Adrian took the decks before a packed and very ready house, playing on a super tight KV2 Audio system. Very simply, the greatest testament to this set is that they started at 4am and when they finished at about 9, most on the dance floor remained to hear them through the end. We've never seen so many people stay out so late in NYC, which says it all.

The true techno dream team of Dubfire & Oliver Huntemann revisit their Elements project from a few years ago with a new series of killer remixes. Terra - originally released in 2011, did all sorts of damage to dance-floors across the globe. Now, it’s all set to do it again thanks to this Joseph Capriati Remix. The Italian techno headliner has grown into a major force on the scene in recent years, and here delivers a signature slice of muscular, driving techno - taut, dramatic and devastating. Paired with a remix of the now seminal Feugo Julien Jeweil’s remix also hits the spot - the track received a 2016 overhaul with some of Jeweil’s signature flair. The Frenchman has been a constant figure on the top of various charts and line ups for some time, and its easy to see why - Fuego is stripped back machine funk primed for big systems and even bigger moments.

Part two of the four EPs dedicated to compiling some of the key artists based around Oliver Huntemann’s Hamburg label. Senso Sounds Level 02 maintaining the vibe Senso has become synonymous with - dark yet funky techno and tech house made to move bodies the world over. Veteran German DJ / producer André Winter steps up with 'Carte Blanche' - a perfect example of the honing of his craft over the years. The track is a lean, mean technoid excursion - firing along over a pulsating groove and throwing in detuned synths for maximum delirium.
Maksim Dark proceeds with 'Addendum' - the young Russian locking directly into a thick, juicy groove and staying focused throughout its journey. Shaded (aka Skyler Taugher) brings 'Sip Trip' to the table, and it sees the highly rated American deliver a trippy, acidic journey sure to melt minds. Alex Lühr rounds off the release with 'Atlante' - another stripped down slice of hard as nails techno that will delight DJs and dancers alike.

We had the pleasure of putting together a night of live streaming fun for our friends at Desert Hearts. Andreas brought a bunch of friends together in his studio, and we danced, played and drank for 17 hours straight to fantastic music. Thank you to everyone joining us on this little rocket journey. Ein wahrer Echtlax fühlt sich erst so richtig wohl, wenn er mit den anderen LachsInnen im Rudel durch die heimische Wümme schwimmt. Leider ist dieses froydige Naturschauspiel im letzten Jahr aufgrund von höherer Gewalt ausgefallen. Doch ein Lax muss tun was ein Lax tun muss & lässt sicherlich den Kopf nicht hängen.. Stattdessen gibt's ein dickes Brett für alle Daheimgebliebenen, damit wir gemoynsam voller Oyphorie und Vorfroyde gen Übermoyn schauen können.
