SGGS Academy is proud to announce the commencement of a Katha Project in which, line by line exposition will be done of the Gurbilas Patshahi 6. This Granth (compendium) has been written by Bhagat Singh in the early 18th century from the Katha he requested Bhai Mani Singh Ji Shaheed to perform at Gurdwara Nanaksar, Jhang, Punjab. The date for this composition is 1718 CE making it the earliest and most detailed account on the life of Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji. This Katha will be the first done in modern times by Bhai Paramjit Singh of SGGS Academy Malaysia.

On June 4th 1984 the SGPC President Gurcharan Tohra and Akali Dal Leader Harchand Longowal surrendered along with workers to the Indian Army Forces. The same people that said “The tanks of the army shall go over our bodies before going into the complex” yet these traitors stepped over the bodies of Shaheed Singh’s and Singhnian to surrender.

General Brar at this point calls Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale and says “Why are you still fighting? Your leaders have surrendered to us.
