The Late Night Grind EP explores the eclectic tastes of Boogie Cartel, when disco got electric and house was just being born. 
With roots in Disco, Boogie, ElectroFunk and House all evident in the first 12" release on Trip City Records.

The A side holds down two original tracks as 'Black Magic' nods towards early house, atmospheric and haunting piano with a continuous bassline running throughout while 'Your Love Brings Me Down' is a love torn house production brimming with emotion and feelings of an up and down relationship, both tracks tried and tested at Boogie Cartel.

The flip side holds down a boogie funk rework in the form of 'Talk To Me' a late night sexually charged track while 'As The Sun Sets' completes the EP in a heavily sampled boogie/house journey.
