Роман «Hinter uns das Land» («Земля позаду нас») заснований на реальній історії моєї матері, яка втекла зі Східної Пруссії під час Другої світової війни. Ця книга розповідає про світ, зруйнований війною, і про довгі пошуки нового дому. На жаль, ця історія – не лише минувшина. Сьогодні вона повторюється.

Я створив цю адаптацію як жест солідарності та співпереживання. Послання цієї пісні – про те, що навіть після глибокої втрати новий дім можна знайти в своєму серці, де росте любов – це мій скромний внесок, щоб подарувати вам надію та силу. Це нагадування про те, що ви не самотні у своїй боротьбі, і що здатність людського духу до зцілення та відбудови – безмежна.

Сила чекала на вас увесь цей час.

This Ukrainian version of "Epilogue: A Place Called Home" is a gift from the heart. It is dedicated to the courage and resilience of the Ukrainian people.

The novel "Hinter uns das Land" ("The Land Behind Us") is based on my mother's true story of flight and loss from East Prussia during World War II. It tells of a world shattered by war and the lifelong search for a new home. Tragically, this story is not just history. Today, it repeats itself.

I created this Ukrainian adaptation as a gesture of solidarity and empathy. The song's message – that even after profound loss, a new home can be found within the heart where love grows – is my humble offering of hope and strength. It is a reminder that you are not alone in your struggle, and that the human spirit's capacity to heal and rebuild is boundless.

The strength was waiting all along.

Tais Toi Et Joue ! (Translated)

Truth vibrates through the elemental fabric of existence: fluid, radiant, unbreakable. Every force of nature becomes a mirror of consciousness, transforming emotion into form and silence into light. Within this eternal continuum, anger returns to its primal energy, pride to its sacred essence. The cosmos breathes through matter and movement, revealing hidden patterns in every wave and spark. Between gravity and water, sound and emptiness, the soul finds its pure reflection: an infinite geometry of elemental truth.

This is the last renovation of several songs I wrote some years back and recorded with Roger Stankovic (https://soundcloud.com/roger-stankovic), who did the lead vocals. Started as a basic piano and vocals track, but I took it down and added some new elements. Very happy with Roger's amazing work on this! Harmonies, moi, and Jen DB.

SHADOWS DANCE ON VANISHED WALLS

The artist wanders through a ruined temple of memory, where ancestral shadows linger.

Ghostly saxophone and airy flute lines dance across forgotten walls, piano echoes like distant footsteps. Ethereal vocal textures call from the past, guiding the listener through ritual spaces of reflection. Percussion is soft, polyrhythmic, like ritual steps of unseen presences. 

This artwork explores the traces left behind, the unseen hand of history in creation, and the sacred memory of what has vanished.

Shabboo Harper began producing her works, including writing lyrics to hers and other musicians' songs, in 2016. She is the author of hundreds of texts and poems. In addition to her own productions [singles and EPs], released on prestigious labels, she also recorded and published some successful collaborative tracks, albums and unique remixes. The variety of genres is immense from Ambient, Chillout through Dark Techno, Hardcore, Witch House, Electronica, Progressive House, Psytrance and Downtempo. In all artistic projects she always uses her own vocals. Shabboo's favorite styles are: Ambient, Chillout, Neo Soul, Industrial, Experimental and Techno. Her creation is strongly associated with dark, gloomy soundscapes full of mystery and sensuality. Often enriched by captivating melodies and differently shaped background. Music inspires in its diversity, while lyrics encourage to deeper reflection...
