Shade Garden is a brand new art-pop project created by producer J.M. Long out of Portland, Oregon. His first single Out of My Way is somehow both haunting and lighthearted, with melancholic vocals sitting on top of a danceable groove. 

In the process of bringing Shade Garden to life, Long combined his many talents of Songwriter, Producer, and Mixing Engineer. He played every instrument on the track except for live drums, which were crafted by sensational drummer and longtime friend David Myers Jr.

Long spent the summer quarantine of 2020 obsessing over Shade Garden in pursuit of an entirely fresh sound, not unlike the creative process of Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker. Out of My Way effectively presents a first taste of SG, leaving you equally satisfied and hungry for more.

We are music label located in Kyiv & Bratislava. We are interested in alternative & conceptual electronic music, which is mixed with other different genres. Our mission is to support artists from eastern Europe, help them to promote their music and spread it around the world. Otherwise, we likely to work with artists from all parts of the world if they create good music and are interesten in work with our label.

We are a brother and a sister making music together in the woods of Oregon. The only song we have ever listened to in the world is the song “White Flag” by Dido. We process that by eating cereal, wearing tracksuits, and making sometimes danceable, but always cry-able bops.
