A yearly ritual where I record a set full of hope, optimism and positivity. I always look forward to this yearly set because in these sets, I usually mix tracks which I personally love and create the vibe I resonate with more. It also gives me a lot of room to explore and experiment. 

2022 has been a great year for me personally and also professionally. I am grateful for all the opportunities, good luck and support that I have received from all of you.

After recording this mix, I went out for a walk around my neighborhood.  As I was relistening to this mix during my walk I thought about my hometown and how things have changed drastically for me these last 10 years.  All positive changes.  

I'm lucky to now be able to live in large diverse cities, packed with unique experiences and cultures. Vastly different from anything I experienced in my youth.  Despite now being based in New York City, I firmly believe that no matter where I live, home is where the heart is.  And home was/is/and forever will be Huron, California.  

I hope this mix will take you to your special place the way it took me when I first relistened to it.  Enjoy!
