Ranotot - Cerulean 2 [demo]

Le cheat code show, nouveau projet ambitieux porté par Ola radio, en collaboration avec @cindybluray (@daisymortem)et @pakunjaran, rassemble différent.e.s artistes qui ont pour mêmes passions la musique et les jeux vidéos. La mission de chacun.e est de créer une œuvre interactive et auditive unique, qui raconte leur histoire personnelle du jeu vidéo. Ces bandes sons illustrent la façon dont certains jeux-vidéos ont pu influencer les product.eur.rice.s dans leurs vies et dans leurs œuvres.

En collaboration avec l'artiste visuel s1m0nc3ll0 (@simon-villaret), chaque épisode est illustré par un monde semblable à ceux que l'on explore en jouant. Une fois rassemblés, tous les mondes forment une grande map qui illustrera la saison 1 du show. Cette map comprend des artefacts, des allié.e.s ou des boss de fin et met en image un parcours musical, d'artistes en artistes. Rassemblés sur le site cheatcode.show
Chaque épisode qui sortira débloque un nouveau monde sur ce site.

Le premier épisode composé par @shady-monk, fondateur de @Hyperpoprecords, révèle donc le premier monde. Il nous parle de sa création

“Très jeune, j’ai découvert la musique à travers les jeux vidéos en regardant mes frères jouer. Je les considérais comme des dieux, à les voir naviguer d’un jeu à l'autre de façon presque innée.
Au fil du temps et à mesure qu’évoluait ma maîtrise de la musique, l’univers du jeu vidéo à pris une place importante dans mon travail.
J’ai été très heureux d’être contacté pour faire ce mix, un showcase, ou plutôt une capsule de titres qui m’ont marqué en grandissant. Elle est organisée en fonction des jeux et de leurs années de sortie. Il y a une progression chronologique vers des jeux plus récents. J'espère que ce voyage dans mes souvenirs vous plaira.”

Merry Christmas! I know this year has been very slow for me release wise but trust me there will more actual releases next year! In the meantime though, I've decided to put out this song I made a few months back, as well as another EDM song, which I intend to put out in the coming days. This one along with the other song will be on streaming as a double single some time soon.
