For our next instalment for UMÁRICAST, we have our final resident, Sando. Over the last three years, Sando has fallen in love with the art of DJing. His sound takes inspiration from Romania but has also developed hints of the deep and dubby. His dedication to perfecting his craft has seen him play at some of Sydney’s biggest parties including Something Else & SWEAT. 

For the next hour, Sando delves into the stripped back grooves of minimal, selecting productions from artists all over the world including home grown talents Thomas David and Tiril.

Guile a.k.a. Guillermo de Caminos was born December 7, 1979. He started to relate to music at the age of 13 when his family gave him the bass he really desired.. In the year 2000 he started a long trip where he faces electronic music for the first time:

Influenced by artists like Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano, Franco Cinelli, Dj Snake, Leonel Castillo, Rhthym & Sound, Mauricio, etc., etc., etc., Guile started to produce music that responded to his concerns. 

He is also one of the people in charge of La Montaña DJ, La Montaña Discos, I love Play Vinilos (a fair of electronic music vinyl records) and Loop Rosario (a cultural gathering about electronic music).

Johann Paul Zufliegen is an underground DJ from Berlin. His music style is diverse thanks to the search and the hours of track selection, it goes through House, Minimal House, Deep House, and Tech House. 
 
When he mixes, he is driven by his tastes while deeply reading the track to generate the best climates. The deep sounds and strong bass in his picks generate a deep and certainly rhythmic atmosphere. Unorthodox, unpredictable, unpolished. These are only a few words that insiders use to define Daniels' music. The man has been spending the last decade learning drum techniques and sounddesign essentials. As no other, he knew that he needed to learn the rules in order to break them.

The result: Shakèd (sjaa·ked). A name that stands for harmony between drifting house and obscure techno. Shakèd's productions signify an exploration towards finding this harmony, thus justifying his own name constantly. Nowadays, his methods remain as big a mystery as the face behind his big head banging hair. Not only has breaking the rules become a tradition, it’s safe to say that Shakèd is slowly defining new ones.
