Robert Cecil, that's a name you need to keep your eyes on. After filling his Soundcloud with crazy tunes, releasing some gems on Neptune Discs or Haws, he takes care of the second release on DJ Psychiatre's imprint Under Treatment. Let me tell you one thing, when talking about deep house, he sure knows his shit. Crafting percussions and pads like no other, he beautifully produced four heavy hitters for your deep deep pleasure.

Chrissy is a genre-bending DJ/producer with releases on Classic, 17 Steps, Dansu Discs, Super Rhythm Trax, Chiwax, Freerange, Razor N Tape and many more. He specialises in rave-influenced sounds, Chicago house and disco (of course), but his two-decade long career to date has ranged from jungle to footwork to freestyle with gigs at Panorama Bar, Smartbar (where he held a residency from 2015- 2018), and his pre-pandemic residency at San Francisco’s oldest and most storied queer club, The Stud. He prides himself on arrangement and song structure that works for a club as well as for streaming or blasting in the car.

Next up is the ‘Give U XTC’ EP on Cool Ranch, Chrissy’s own label that champions jackin’ Chicago house with a disco edit sensibility. The title track ‘Give U XTC’ brings an elated, driving force and a heavy, rave-influenced bass line.
