‘Daily Routine’ is so nice, it’s in here thrice. In its original form, it has all the elements to make you move: rhythmic vocal chops, an anthemic piano melody and an epic breakdown which leads onto an acid interlude. Its funk elements are later teased out by SNF family member THEOS before Lobster Theremin boss Asquith picks up the pace with a storming breaks remix. ‘Speed Dating’ and ‘Nuque Docile’ maintain the energy, the latter adding diva-esque vocals and record scratches, whilst the super sexy, downtempo ‘Balade Hexagonale’ strips things right back and invites you to indulge. Don’t mind if we do!

During the winter period of 2022, Arnaud is Dancing composed 3 tracks which has culminated in Plasma Mission, transcribing the emotionally charged and turbulent experience that is post covid clubs. Inspired by a night out in a Local Nantes Club Macadam, where time seems to simply evaporate, these tracks fuse feelings of nostalgia coupled with zealous energy.

Between heavily programmed basslines and discrete acid leads, Arnaud's 3 tracks are impassioned, zesty & bouncy, morphing into ecstatic and fiery d-floor bangers.

Desire is one of the rising producer and DJ to watch. She comes back with “An Ode to Our Night” that demonstrates her genuine solar energy and introduces us to her universe infused with old school sounds yet twisted with a modern touch. The 5-track EP is imbued in acid, trance, electro, synthwave and a lot more influences which convey Desire’s rich and generous approach to music. Classic Chandler in every sense, robust 4/4s thump under muffled shuffling hi-hats, a viscous bassline and soft airy chords, while Kerri's own supple vocals are surprisingly dulcet. 

With Delano Smith on the remix with some lovely deepness, this forgotten gem is about to be remembered.

Following on from their critically acclaimed debut LP ‘Dream Harder’ and Lockdown Mixtape ‘Golden Dirt’ which gained the support of BBC Radio 1, Radio X, BBC 6 Music, Apple Music, Louder Than War, God is in the TV and more, Hello Cosmos announce a new album of collaborative remixes spanning their catalogue to date. 

‘Hard Dirt’ continues to reflect the bands wide reaching approach to collaboration, which has seen them record with over 50 artists worldwide to date including Yard Act word-ace James Smith, Rey Sapiens & The Pleasure Temple Ritual Band in underground studios across continents from Los Angeles to Uganda.

Featuring 12 remixers from across the globe bringing their own unique take to the creative melting pot that is Hello Cosmos, ‘Hard Dirt’ offers up a varied electronic twist to the bands defiant genre hopping catalogue. 

The final single from the forthcoming LP comes from Data Transmission radio host and BBC Introducing contributor Madame Electrifie due for release March 3rd, her remix of the bands 2021 single ‘Loud Is Beautiful’ is a deep, driving 4/4 cut that brings Cosmos vocalist Ben Robinson’s lyrical quips direct to the dancefloor.

Tony Lionni presents Straight Ahead Ep, his next soulful deep-house stomper on Goldmin Music

This guy shouldn't need any introduction for house music fellows as the british born artist has been one of the most creative deep-house producers of the last few years. 
Tony Lionni, Liverpool born but Manchester bred, enjoyed a prolific and near-faultless debut year as a producer in 2008 thanks to his uplifting take on house/tech house, Detroit techno and all things deep. With a raft of releases on labels such as Ostgut Ton, Figure, Mule, Versatile and Wave, Lionni couldn't have scripted it better himself.

This new "Straight Ahead" is a pure splendor 3 tracker deep-house ep. 
Our man succeeds where many fail, most likely because Tony is a syncere and passioned guy, more focused on the intrinsic quality of his music than his promo-business skills and this kind of devotion and sincerity means a lot to us. 
With this new record, he's combining that brightful early 90's house feeling with a more contemporary, massive and effective approach, delivering an hammering energy yet keeping the dreamy lushness that makes this kind of stuff so charmful.

And the name of this Ep suits well the music since it's exactly what these few cuts get to spread..
It actually goes straight ahead, making the listener focus on the main loop while a lot of things are happening beside, behind, under, subtly but surely, avoiding the monotony which many today's house productions suffer of.
That's what real deep house is all about and Tony proves his amazing savoir faire and personality again!

Yes.. that's not a very lyrical description but that says it all! Ain't it? We kept the long sentences for the other tracks!

Oasis keeps the same vibe but in an even brighter way, a sublime uplifting track which swings between so-called "nu-disco" and deep-house (in the true sense of the word). The beat starts and you feel like a flashback to the 80's but not that quite common, outdated, boring flashback, No! Actually more of a beautiful trip to the 80's as you're flying over this disco era but you're into a futuristic aircraft, you got it now?

Before night falls.. Bang! you've just been kicked out of the club and oh! you landed at Panorama Bar at 10AM. Even the walls are sweating, the atmosphere is tight, epic. The music that escapes out of the speakers is definitely having an effect on your mind, your body, ok let's add "soul".. almost hypnotizing you.. You hear that subtle contrast between that energy, that bass avoiding you to sit and that delightful mix of harmonies, melodies, vocals perfectly arranged that make you feel like right here, right now, there's absolutely no need to care about how to get back home, how to wake up and go to work, how to pay your bills, why the world's so wild..
