Tennesee wulliams has been performing nationwide under the name "proper english" since 1994.As former member of the well recognized baton rouge based crews New World Estate, Family Ties,Politechs and Effortless.He has been on projects featuring Th Grammy winning artist Nappy Roots as well as New Orleans Native vets Bustdown and Cash Money Records artist Six Shot on the Effortless album.He also has shared the stage with hip hop legends Keith Murray & L.O.D, Rjd2,Nappy Roots,Jurrasic 5 has done featured performances with Herbalizer,Peanut Butter Wolf and featured with the x-cutioners d.j member Rob Swift for a sold out show at New Orlean's House of Blues. 

Over the past 2 decades Tennesee Wulliams has developed relationships with well established artist in Houston, Texas while functioning as "Proper English" and constantly taking part in week shows ith Mic Skills and B-boy Craig (BBC) while also working as an Executive A&R director for Houston Based Record Label Kraze Entertainment which housed nearly 100 employees.He was featured in the Houston Press publication and took part in a Houston Press Awards show featuring Bun-B ,Devin The Dude and Slim Thug.

Tennessee decided to return New Orleans in 2011 with the group triple date and imediatly found himself homeless and VIP at Essence Festival with Pharell Williams and Pac Div of Los Angeles .He has been doing rounds and rekindling relatiionships with old friends and fellow artist of New Orleans such Tiny Arch, Dj Quickie Mart,Dj real and countless others who know him from ripping stages, winning battles and in full support of the scene.

With a strong background in punk rock,love for old west coast gangsta rap like Comptons Most Wanted and an insatiable love for time defining lyrics;Tennesee wulliams is just about to gut some shit to let these niggas know.Look for him,call him book him anyhere and everywhere-Tennesee wulliams
