1999 - 2019
The desire to mix began at the age of 13 when he went to a disco for the first time... in Majorca. Djo discovered the sound of dance bass and the violins and other brass instruments of disco until the end of the 90s. As a student, he was attracted to a pair of Technics SL-1200s at a friend's house and started to train on them to learn the basics of DJing. In 2001, he was invited to a private party in Strasbourg, then to the Golden Gate club, which offered him a residency on the very first night. It is under the pseudonym of DJ Pyke that he officiates during 3 years with a punchy, positive, groovy House - Tech House style with guests in most Alsatian clubs. After a 13 year break, the desire to get back to work is too strong.
 In 2019 Funky Djo comes back with a more mature, chic, festive, ultra danceable House / Nu Disco musical style mixing the latest productions of PDM or labels like Defected or Glitterbox.
