Luna Laila is a multidimensional artist and international DJ from Amsterdam, known for her unique ability to translate visual art into sound through synesthesia. 

Her sets are immersive journeys that fuse experimental electronic music with global rhythms—blending afro house, tech, batida, and kuduro into a genre-fluid, sensory experience where music flows through movement, emotion, and color.

Her artistic path began behind the scenes as a video editor at Vice Media, where she eventually hosted her own online show. During this time, she also developed her visual language through painting and exhibiting her work. After three years, she transitioned into freelance photography and videography, capturing the energy of nightlife—where her passion for DJing truly took root. She went on to co-organize her own club nights at Parallel Amsterdam with Fiercely Fem, creating a safer space for women and non-binary to thrive.

Beyond the decks Luna is deeply rooted in visual art. She paints her own cover artworks, directs and edits her music videos, customizes fashion and creates her own tattoos—all extensions of her authentic storytelling and self expression.

Her global sound is a spiritual reflection shaped by her passion for traveling the world. From Tokyo to Berlin, from the tropical islands to underground dance floors of NYC.
