Whenever I would go into lack, I know that I have now exited infinite being, gifting and receiving, and entered into transactional reality. I just know it. I don't have to figure out why, I don't have to figure out where, I just know that I left infinite being, I know it. And I am now subject to transactional reality. 

Now, the methods to shift that are varying, and we will go into that in detail. So there's lack, that you have to become very conscious of. Need - need was never a really big one for me, but I know it is for a lot of people. So need is a huge indicator that you have now left the planet of infinite being and entered the planet of transaction. So if you're having lack in your universe, if you're feeling need or needy, that's also an indication.

The one that's been really big for me is "why do I have to be the one to give all this? Why do I have to give so much?" Like when that starts coming into my world, like "I'm giving this, I'm giving this much, they're giving this much" etc, and all that resentment, all that calculation of what I'm giving and what they're giving, that's transaction. That's toxic to infinite being and infinite gifting and receiving. So anytime a thought like that even fucking enters the periphery of my universe, I kill it.

So if you really want to get out of transaction, you have to, first of all, identify when you're doing it. Knowing is half the battle, right? So knowing is a big part of it. Then the other part of it is making a choice around it.
