The second Mane Festival Theme is finally here! Originally titled "Lasers & Lights", it first competed with "Illuminate The Halls" for the MFT II title. Once I felt it was superior to the latter, it became the official follow-up to last year's edition.

Started project on February 5th 2013.
Finished it on November 26th 2013.

Originally created in 2004 and released on my second Album, "New Years Revolution", Fast is a little experiment I did in the Techno realm.

After 10 years of collecting dust, I was inspired by my good friend Trancix to do some remix work on this piece.  Just some D1600 drum machine, Prophet 600 synth, and a few movie quotes.  While I don't consider myself much of a Techno artist, I'm quite pleased with how this updated version turned out.

Boat loads of gratitude to Trancix for listening to multiple mixes and offering constructive feedback for sonic improvement.  The quality of this mix is a direct result of his assistance.  Please check out some music from Trancix here :  https://soundcloud.com/djtrancix

ORIGINAL Citation (Oct 2014): Rosetta’s Plasma Consortium (RPC) has uncovered a mysterious ‘song’ that Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko is singing into space. The comet seems to be emitting a ‘song’ in the form of oscillations in the magnetic field in the comet’s environment. It is being sung at 40-50 millihertz, far below human hearing, which typically picks up sound between 20 Hz and 20 kHz. To make the music audible to the human ear, the frequencies have been increased in this recording.
