Just working on my Frenchcore skills again with my own music style~ \(★ω★)/ Spent much more time on it than I realized so I figured I'd try to make it a fully finished track & upload as nothing else is ready rn oopie (´• ω •`) You might find tracks like these sprinkled with my other stuffs more often, they're more minimal sounding than my normal style, I've been doing more studies recently and learning things and Frenchcore has always been a particular interest to me, and I wanted to work on my vocal fx skills as well~ (´,,•ω•,,)

Because of how long the Disbelief OST is, I chose the themes I liked best and condensed them into a single remix (mostly Backbone and a small part of Interstellar), otherwise it's too much content for me to remix into a single track without it being super long, so this remix is mainly focused on Phase 3 ^o^ I can consider doing individual remixes of the phases depending on if you guys are interested in that, though they probably won't be back to back and instead weaved into my schedule of other planned stuff~ (＾▽＾)

As a 19-year-old! Today I'm turning 20! *cries* I'm old now (not quitting yet lol)

Hey fam! No, you're not imagining things I did upload this track before (about 3 years ago). However, I quickly took it down because I realized that I had rushed it to the point there were glaring mixing errors that I wasn't happy with. Now, I've done this before with certain tracks but they usually never see that light of day again afterward. But, as I was looking through some of my old project files (I was trying to organize them for once in my life are you proud?) I stumbled across this again and actually really enjoyed the composition. So, I decided to completely re-do the mixing and mastering from scratch! 

For many of you, the changes might not be super noticeable but this actually took around 10 hours to clean everything up lol. I also made some changes to the instrumentation (switching out certain drum samples, pitching them up/down, or adding effects to some of the instruments) and even added a new melody to the very end of the track because I thought it fit better. You might think these are minor changes but I'm actually so incredibly satisfied with how this track sounds now. I think it might actually be my favorite track in terms of mixing and mastering at this point.

[Hiatus Explanation:]
In other news, I'm back from an extended hiatus. I took time off to focus on some mental health struggles that I've been wrestling with but I'm more or less back on my feet as of now. I won't be returning to my other social medias (Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Patreon etc.) but I will start uploading here and on SC again. I think a little space from interacting with folks directly is what I need atm as I've come to value my privacy quite a lot. (I'll still be active replying in the comments tho!) Hey there! So, I realized after all this time I never tried my hand at writing an original Errortale thing so I decided to give it a go and.... boy was it a doozy to work on hA. The track itself changed directions several times and I found myself reworking the drop at 1:47 until I got something I was satisfied with. Overall it took 20ish hours and I'm just glad I got it done it time for Halloween even though it's not really a spooky track but whatever lmao. 

One fun part of this track though was that it just started out as a random experiment of me re-using and old original melody made from one of my commissions from 2021. It was fun to revisit that and rework the melody into a new context :)

Hello again! I didn't mean for this track to be this late but I ended up getting c0v!d again so I was out sick a while, then started having pc issues with parts needing to be replaced just when I was feeling better TwT But I'm going on a holiday cruise tomorrow and wanted to at least upload one more track before the year ended. This track is a bit different than my normal uploads as it was initially started in January 2020 and then I forgot about it, as 2020 was an interesting year. 

I had written around 1:30 length & didn't want it to collect dust any longer or go to waste, so I opted to work on it again leaving the first 1:30 mostly as is and wrote the rest. This track is basically two different time periods in one song (the start to 1:30 being 2020 and everything after 1:30 being 2023), so it's unique in that aspect as I'd normally just rewrite the whole song as my style tends to evolve over the years and I can get picky with my compositions, especially older ones.

Anywho, I won't say this track was smooth sailing as it took 32 hours to complete and I rewrote sections several times, but it's something I'm happy with and one of my favorite releases of the year~ ^w^
