Tera "DJ Nova Jade* Greene is an award-winning DJ since 2003.  Originally from Los Angeles, CA, she is the host of Bad Rabbit Radio on SUB.FM bi-weekly since 2018.  She has lent her eclectic musical range as a DJ/Singer-Songwriter to a vast array of landscapes and settings, including: art galleries, fashion shows, film and music festivals, clubs, and fitness centres. 

She has produced events that highlight women-identified and non-binary folk, in collaboration with Dubversified Culture and under her event company, PLUSH x Events. 

As a DJ, Nova* has opened for Grammy-nominated artists Kelis, Tre Hardson of the Pharcyde, and Juno-award winning, DJ NDN of a Tribe Called Red.  Her technical skills & creativity have also placed her on lineups where she has opened for: ColtCutz, Anger, Triple XL, Weston, Metafloor, Lion-S & Hoola, Woofax, Bryx, Amaurotic, Dubconscious and Shiny Things. At her core, Nova Jade* is a true audiophile, a “DJ’s DJ”, and one of her passions is dance. 

She says, “Every set I play, I set an intention to become in tune with the heartbeat of the crowd I’m playing for.”

2019, I started making beats and songs on my new MPC LIVE. When my DJ gigs went poof in 2020 after 17 years, I continued writing songs.

By December of 2020, I had written over 300 songs in my pursuit of understanding my new instrument, while pivoting my business from performance to more production.

Here are my grooves. Some instrumental, some with my voice, some experimental… all love.

Cicadas have an exceptionally loud song, produced in most species by the rapid buckling and unbuckling of drumlike tymbals. This particular species has an affinity for dark and deep subterranean beats.

Psycheda's sets combine bass forward, genre-bending dance music with deep, emotive melodies, encouraging you to find new ways to move. With root's in dubstep and uk bass, her interests have evolved to include a deep love for techno beats, with a focus on complex drums patterns and heavy bass.
