Before Fire Butterfly is the melding of the muse-less, Jackie Aylward (Drummer/Singer/Songwriter) and Keeler Grimm (Guitarist/Singer/Songwriter), has brought about a sound that manifests as a multi-faceted performance. With the addition of Dan Jackimek’s (Pianist) melodic runs and resonant overtones, the sound became fuller and more versatile. As an electric act, they push and pull the audience over the divide of rock and blues. In search of a higher vision LNK, a local folk artist was introduced and brought her horn trio, bringing the band to life. The trio is Ramone Esparza (Various Saxophones), Eleanore Bacani (Trumpet) and LNK (Alto Saxophone). Acoustically they touch your soul as a folkie duet with fluid rhythms and eye-opening harmonies. Jackie’s powerful rock rhythms and smokey folk voice; alongside Keeler Grimm’s thick bluesy voice and seductive fret work, bring about a show that drives temptation, as well as your body.
