With a diversified musical background, Anyice started mixing in 2006. His multiple references such as melodic Techno, Dark techno and oriental downtempo allowed him to create his own style and share it through his mixes. The experience he has acquired for more than 10 years pushed him to turn to production in 2020. His tracks combining melodic vibes will leave no one indifferent. Hatzler knows the dancefloor intimately. The Hamburg-based DJ and producer starting out collecting records and producing his own cassette tape edits. He got his first break with André Winter as Motion Unit, releasing various records for Oliver Huntemann’s renowned Confused Recordings. Hatzler’s musical influences are vast, ranging from early electro-funk and ‘90s experimental techno via Warp and Detroit, through to the multifarious strains of house and techno of present today. 

All these influences are present in Hatzler’s own productions, which have been steadily mounting over the years. His trademark use of rhythmical chords permeate a rich catalogue of artist EPs for labels like Senso Sounds and Stil vor Talent. He’s also an in demand remixer, famed for reworking Oliver Koletzki’s “Iyéwaye” and Dubfire & Oliver Huntemann’s “Humano”, in addition to others for the likes of Set About and Suara. In 2016 Hatzler was nominated best techno artist in Beatport’s DJ-voted end of year polls. It’s a testament to his sway in the dance music community. As a DJ Hatzler brings his extensive knowledge and experience to the booth, delivering deep and excursive sessions that will keep you glued to the floor for the duration—be it at sunrise at an outdoor festival, or locked into the perpetual nighttime of clubland.

"Call It Techno" was the blueprint track which was written on June 4, 1989.  It was at the forefront of European Rave Culture and became a well known track in the U.K. & Germany.  The documentary "We Call It Techno" explains it right from the beginning and from that came the second & third Love Parade themes being named "The Future Is Ours" off the XL/Citibeat LP by Musto & Bones.  And "My House Is Your House" from the Break Boys which was Frankie Bones aka on Fourth Floor Records in 1990.

Frankie became the American Pioneer of Rave Culture on both coasts in 1990, playing Techno as a movement.  The Peace, Love, Unity Movement which in 1993 became PLUR after a fight broke out at an event in The Bronx which had Richie Hawtin as it's headliner.

And the rest is history.  If words can paint the picture here, the first 5 Soundcloud links will describe a DJ who has a journey of a lifetime & still is active in 2024.  The music that comes from the heart & soul of the Brooklyn Underground.
