Mr smiles is about a person who hides his emotions behind a simple smile. masking his thoughts and his feelings from the world. He tells people that he's happy but deep inside the beast is about to be uncaged. The song starts off as a happy vibe setting tune only to become twisted though time. Like his emotions unable to control them.
