What started out as a year that brought more pain and brokeness, brought the band "Fallen Embers" together. A group of guys that life experiences brought them to a place where they had no other way of expressing their feelings than to make music. Since forming in the spring of 2012, Fallen Embers has put their real life experiences, hurts, pains, joy's, and their hearts into this EP, to let the world know that there is a solution, there are answers to their Question's. "Seeing how God has brought us out from the crappy stages in our lives and has shown us what it truly means to be a child of God, we want nothing more than to show other's Christ through the lyrics of our song's" says lead vocal's Myles Dyck. 

Fallen Embers strives to branch out from mainstream metalcore, but at the same time hold true to roots of what music really is all about. "Playing music has been a way that God is allowing me to express myself. The past few years haven't been that great spiritually, but I know God is always there, always drawing me in. Being blessed with the gift of simple composition, and the ability to play various instruments is truly amazing! God has allowed us to bring Glory to himself, and bring his word to those around us through the lyrics we write and the notes we play. How blessed are we to be able to do this! says guitarist Brett Friesen. 

"Being able to play music is such a huge blessing in my life. In the past I never really played for others, I always played for myself to prove that I can be better than I ever expected. Now I am trying to play for God, he gave me this gift and I want to use it to glorify him. Music has connected me to God in ways that nothing else really does, and I hope that when you listen to the music of Fallen Embers you hear what we sing and scream about. The songs are about God and our experiences in life. I hope you can relate in someway or be encouraged in some way by these songs" says Dustin "The Klaw" Klassen. Taking inspiration from such bands as misery signals, killswitch engage, to trenches, hands, august burns red, Fallen Embers plans to release their first EP in the following months, which they plan to establish their own sound and their own story. "the last thing we want people to do is listen to us and say 'hey, they sound exactly like....' we want people to find this new and fresh, something unique, but something that they can relate to"

Zakhar is North London's rising talent, hailing from Islington. Starting his music journey at just 14 years old. 

Zakhar began building his core fan base through regular freestyle drops on his Instagram and Youtube, which drew  the attention of super-producer JAE5. 

Whilst Zakhar is  still in his teens, his lyricism, story-telling and melodic flow have set him apart from his peers. 

Since launching his debut single Never Hiding in Jan 2022, Zakhar has featured in Complex UK, Trench and New York Times following the viral WYD Now? TikTok duet with US artist Sadie Jean.

The 17 year old returns with his second single 'Lights Out' produced by Jake Gosling (Ed Sheeran) and Sammy SoSo (WizKid). Launching with a striking video directed by Edem Wornoo, the melodic single highlights Zakhar's smart lyricism paired with expert delivery.
