Architect and DJ , passionate for music starting at an early age playing guitar, which then evolved to electronic music.
while living in Barcelona getting introduced to new genres of music , including Indie Dance, Dark Disco and hypnotic Techno which reshaped the music interest and mixing style.

Recognized globally, SHAWNECY has released on prestigious labels like Cécille, Cocoon, Desolat, Diynamic, and Terminal M, among others. His collaboration with Pele on "Better For My Brain" for Snatch! Records became an underground anthem, dominating the Beatport charts for months. Since then, his productions have consistently landed in the top charts, earning support from tastemakers like Sven Väth, Seth Troxler, Marco Carola, Loco Dice, Solomun, and The Martinez Brothers—proof of his diverse and evolving sound.

As a DJ, SHAWNECY has played across the globe, from Brazil to Spain, the USA to New Zealand, and even at the iconic Circoloco at DC10 in Ibiza. Currently based on the island, his DJ sets are an instinctive blend of his musical roots and the freshest, forward-thinking styles. His latest release, "Butch Loves You," featuring Butch, is out now on Diynamic Music.
