This is a song for my Mary, but it is applicable to all Mary's. 

This is my first attempt at recording new material since last summer, I've been writing and playing a lot, but I just haven't had the time lately to get my ideas on tape. So it's nice to get this one out, and hopefully, it'll not be as long a wait for my next.

Having no idea about the word at all, I looked it up and came across these meanings of the name: "fighter, brave, warrior, summer, harvester".
