— Alchemical Catharsis: Is a term used in the context of Carl Jung’s interpretation of alchemy. According to Jung, alchemical catharsis is the first stage of transformation in the alchemical process. It is a state of disorder and disintegration that is comparable to the confession/catharsis phase of psychoanalysi. — The alchemical process of transformation has four distinct stages: Nigredo, Albedo, Citrinitas, and Rubedo. — These stages are the framework of Jung’s characterization of the four stages of character transformation: Confession, Illumination, Education, and Transformation, culminating in the completion of the Magnum Opus and the attainment of self-realization.

Started writing this late at night April 14th into April 15th, 1-3am, one of those unexpected nights. I had a feeling, a thought and this came together fast. Finished it up today and did this live take tonight on the ol Baldwin. It's been awhile since something has struck me so quick.
