After months of wandering through sandy deserts, from Morocco to rajhastan, gathering tribal rhythms and hypnotizing melodies; Cardamohm present you: Orient Calling. 
The first track, Sahara, will bring you to the tuaregs, mysterious men dressed in blue, walking step by step in the burning sand. You will be guided during this journey by the windy sound of the kawala (an Egyptian flute) and heavy basses will give you the rhythm. 
The second part of the journey also blends electronic components with traditional sounds from the ancient world. On the second track: Agadez Cross; you will travel east to meet the voices of Berber women guided by the bamboo flute, also know as bansuri, while tribal drums are taking possession of all bodies and souls. We hope you will enjoy the journey

It is often said that life never gives you more than you can handle…..and while this may be true, when deep loss comes, it can feel like a lightning strike that pierces through the thin veil of our reality. Swiftly, loss shakes us awake…and how we deal with it shapes our capacity to be present to life more than almost anything else. Loss can bring you to your knees, as the depths of grief crash over you like a massive roaring tidal wave you cannot ever outpace. How do you sit in the eye of such a storm? Do you fight the current or allow the torrent to carry you into the unknown? Can you trust in the process of letting it subsume you completely, even if just for a moment? Possibly, maybe, somehow still knowing that this pain will be useful to you….that Life is always somehow constantly leading us back into the heart of unconditional love.
I invite you to enter the eternal dance around the hearth fire within, to an inner alchemical journey where we transform pain into freedom. <3
