3000Grad stampft stramm auf die 100 zu. Um sich für das runde Jubiläum einzugrooven hat man zwei alteFreunde eingeladen - zwei Herrschaften, die schon im letzten Jahrhundert für wochenendliche Dachabrissefeinster Machart sorgten: Dole & Kom. Auf Katalognummer 099 zeigen sich die beiden als jung gebliebeneAltmeister. Wie das geht? Einerseits schwingt in ihren warmen, federnden Bässen und lustvoll an der Hirnrindekitzelnden Hihats die alte Magie von Stammestänzen mit. Wie meisterlich das umgesetzt wurde zeigt sich daran,dass man sich der Eingängigkeit der drei Tracks weder entziehen noch sie erklären kann. Und jung geblieben istdiese EP in den modernen Klangfarben ihrer Melodien und Samples. Der Titel Something Quiet ist übrigens miteinem Augenzwinkern zu verstehen: So deep und melodisch die Tracks auch ins Ohr fließen – das mit dem ruhigbleiben ist bei ihrem Genuss so eine Sache.

3000Grad is approaching 100. Here's two old friends to warm us up for this anniversary – two gentlemenwho have been blowing up dancefloors on a weekendly basis since the last century already: Dole & Kom. Oncatalogue number 099 the two of them showcase their remarkable skill to merge the past, the present and thefuture into moments of uttermost bliss. How does that work? There's the old magic of their warm, bouncybasses and the soft tickle of their hi hats, a magic that was already conjured up at ancient tribal dances. Howmasterfully this is done becomes clear when you realize that you can neither resist the catchiness of these threetracks nor explain it. Finally it all sounds very fresh and young thanks to it's modern melodies and samples. Bythe way, you gotta take the title of this EP, Something Quiet, with a grain of salt – as deep, fluent and melodic asit might sound, it's really tricky to keep your feet still when listening to it.

We are happy to present "Lari Plays Guitar feat. Shasha" the upcoming release from our label boss - Laroz, which includes the theme track and 3 wonderful remixes by some of our fav electronic producers.

Lari Plays Guitar is an eclectic tune that combines cutting-edge electronica with splendid riffs of Guitar (Laroz) and Keyboard (Sharon Mansur aka SHASHA). This Middle-Eastern futuristic tale is enveloped by a profound and extremely pleasurable bass-line, which frames the mesmerizing organic elements and the enchanting acidic synth melodies that lead the track.

On remix duty, we have a splendid collaboration between the Danish Producer @drwartemal and the Berlin-based producer @patrickluwak. Both are making their debut on our label with an exquisite nomadic tale full of organic vibes and a very enjoyable deep bass. Following up next we have the pleasure to welcome the Lebanese producer Rabih Rizk to our label with a powerful and extremely captivating interpretation, perfectly suited for peak time hours. Last but not least we have the marvelous Haifa-based producer, Ackerman, back on our imprint and this time with an obscure and hypnotizing remix, characterized by its psychedelic synth and its driving Indie Dance-ish bass-line.

Oded Gafni - Salvador (POPHOP Remix) [Camel Riders]

Namatjira's Moons of Yesterday story continues with yet another great addition of fresh remixes. This time it's an all Dutch affair as Callecat and Paul Hazendonk step up to the plate to show their remix abilities.

Callecat kick things off with their interpretation for 'Solenodon'. The result is simply breathtaking, as they've managed to incorporate the trademark violin melody to maximum effect. Lovely emotions throughout this one and again proof why these guys are one of the fastest rising names in progressive house at the moment.

The second rework comes from Manual Music head honcho Paul Hazendonk who flips 'Bradycardie' - one of the albums signature tracks - into a proper peak time dancefloor weapon which balances nicely between the progressive and melodic house genres. A track that properly builds up the tension towards a big emotive outburst.

Valencia-born Upercent's debut on Sum Over Histories is the EP 'Taula Baser', this four-track sonic journey is a notable addition to his already impressive discography, which includes releases on Innervisions, Kompakt, TAU, and Diynamic.

The EP starts with the heavy club anthem 'Revolta' ('rebellion' in Valencian), born from a memorable night in Munich, a groovy banger fueled by intricate rhythms. A hypnotic vocal motif sets the stage for the listener in Upercent's signature sonic realm.

Next up is ‘Contorsiona’, a mesmerizing journey driven by a pulsating rhythm, accompanied by hefty drums, urgent chimes, and warped vocals. Upercent builds tension towards a massive breakdown, leading to an energetic release and a captivating conclusion.

'Mussol' (owl in Valencian) is the penultimate track, evoking the tranquility of being a night owl. Upercent's unique touch is evident in its engaging simplicity, with mesmerizing percussion and a moody, solemn atmosphere that keeps you enthralled.

'Reminiscencia' concludes the EP with its relentless dynamism, this track unfolds deliberately, constructing an intricate sonic landscape that evokes a power and majesty. The introduction of a repetitive vocal midway intensifies the disquieting ambiance. A pervasive air envelops the audience in darkness as the EP reaches its conclusion.
