This is Beethoven's Bagatelle Opus 119 No. 1. A lot of disciplined staccato to deal with, numerous mistakes I managed to play through, but I think plenty of musicality applied. Played using VSL's virtual piano the Bösendorfer Imperial.

Practicing piano is something I NEED to do in order to keep my chops up and also give me inspiration for when I'm writing my own records.  This here was a favourite of mine many years ago when I was competing (though I'm more rusty at it now!).  Mendelssohn's beautiful Songs Without Words Opus 102 No. 4 or otherwise known as the The Sighing Wind.

I performed this on a Bechstein D 282 which gives it that metallic and powerful sound.
