Quel che ho voluto l'ho sempre ottenuto, c'è sempre il rimpianto di non aver voluto qualcos'altro. Cresciuto con il piatto pieno in un mondo piatto pieno di tutto meno che di quello che chiedevo davvero. Sto pensando a com'ero, Alessandro Gomiero, un nome e un cognome come un altro, per cambiarlo io chi ero? Fuggiti dall'asfalto nero e dagli affitti di una city depressa, trasferiti tra i contadini arricchiti. Te pensa che stretta la vita, l'essenza di sta musica è la fuga, la mia uscita dal nulla. Altro che ghetto, fossi stato adatto avrei studiato da avvocato o fatto l'architetto. Me l'hanno sempre detto, ogni anno, ogni giugno, prima che al titolo del disco pensa al titolo di studio. È ridicolo se insisto, mi dicevo "Cristo! Non mi son mai visto con un posto fisso!". La vera sfida al buio era quella col futuro, prima che il sole vada giù io mi alleno al lato oscuro. Sicuro di me stesso lo son diventato poi, fanculo a tutto quel che ti han promesso, tu puoi esser quel che vuoi.

Se solo avessi pensato un po' di più al cash a quest'ora io starei da Dio ma se io avessi pensato solamente al cash a quest'ora non sarei più io. Devo imparare a stare al mondo perchè rischio di andare a fondo, sono le pare di ogni giorno ma ora son pronto, o almeno spero per me.

Odio chi ha il cash senza sbatti e i poveri che han smesso d'incazzarsi e si ammazzan di lavoro. Coi ricchi una volta era rivolta, ora si sogna qualche svolta per esser come loro. Hey! Io dovrei esser più concreto, ho poco tempo per agire perchè è troppo quello in cui rifletto. Tutto ha un prezzo, si sa, e anche al di quà delle vetrine ma per capire non avevo l'età. Avrei dovuto finire l'università, avrei dovuto ma in fine la mia vita a metà l'ho ridivisa a metà, quanto fa? Ho quattro quarti per raccontarti che cos'ha che non va. Uno: son troppo puro e troppo poco crudo. Due: non gioco le mie chances come ognuno fa con le sue. Tre: mi servirebbe un reset. Quattro: io a certe cose non ch'avevo mai pensato.

Vite parallele s'incontrano all'infinito e io non ho capito se veramente ho rigato dritto, ho intuito che la miseria è l'alibi degli avidi e anni di sbatti son fatti ostaggi di pochi attimi. Chi ha fatto la rivoluzione predicava un mondo migliore, ora è il nuovo padrone e io non trovo parole, comunque vada ogni generazione cambia strada ma non la destinazione. Non è il cash che cambia le persone è solamente un'unità di misura dell'ambizione. Non è il cash che ingabbia le persone ma se chi ti paga t'incula per me è prostituzione. Se è solo cash il lavoro e non è passione ci sfoghiamo con il sesso e bruciamo la relazione, che poi il cash di suo non ha valore ma glielo diamo lo stesso mentre lo togliamo alle persone.

Sheikh attended Nimbus School of Recording and Media where he developed his knowledge of recording, engineering, producing and mixing as well as obtaining a bigger picture how the music industry works. Through these experiences, Sheikh discovered a keen interest for hip-hop production and has now developed a style that includes both new school trap and dance elements creating the best of both worlds with unparalleled creative output.
