Pour son premier essai, coup de maître, l’artiste nous présente un tableau musical auquel ont pris part de nombreux artistes issus de différents univers de la musicale française, britannique et américaine, pour un agréable métissage sonore.
Les amoureux de la Grande Soul des années 70 se délecteront de chansons savamment composées avec des arrangements précieux et sophistiqués. Concentrer autant de talents sur un même disque : un projet ambitieux que celui de Dilouya.
Ont ainsi été sollicités John Turrell (Smoove & Turrell), N’Dea Davenport (ex-Brand New Heavies), Hugh Coltman et la légende de la Soul UK Omar, mais surtout la fine fleur de la scène Soul/Funk française : Sandra Nkaké, Juan Rozoff, Sly Johnson, Merlot...

Dilouya is a young French producer based in Paris who learnt the ropes with his father, a music lover and traveller with great taste for exotic percussions. Being drawn to drums and piano made a perfect combination for the inspired producer he would later become, sourcing the influences from the greats such as Stevie Wonder, Quincy Jones, Lennon-McCartney, Prince and the groove from Michael Jackson as well as the dynamic 
Acid-Jazz movement of the time. Early days saw him trying out with various bands and experimenting with the groove from Soul music combined with more contemporary Jazz, Funk and Pop sounds. Very quickly though he managed to get collaborations going, all drawn to his writing skills 
and production work, with the likes of Omar and John Turell, Hugh Coltman, N'Dea Davenport (Brand New Heavies / Guru's Jazzmatazz/Mark Ronson ...) but also with French soul talents such as Sly Johnson (from Saian Supa Crew) and Sandra NKaké. With all-round skills from that of writing to playing instruments and arrangements, Dilouya works with music, in the same way that the original producers did, wrapping his signature sound around the diverse skills of his guests. Dilouya manages the final master trick, by bringing all these distinctive talents 
from the French and British soul music scenes together to perform on his debut album the Dilouya's Faithful Circus. 
This truly sparkling soul delivery is a delightful breakaway from time.
