Jezu first appeared on our radar with his heavy-hitting “Chiki Chaka” on Cloonee’s Hellbent imprint. Despite releasing since 2023, he’s already clocked up some impressive DJ fans with Chelina Manuhutu, AYYBO, Gene Farris, Gordo, and Solardo all supporting the Chicago-based producer. For “Remember Me,” he teams up with Italian producer Blow (who you might know from his collabs with Draxx on elrow & Hellbent) for a no-holes-barred percussive throwdown featuring the wonderful Elliotte Williams-N’Dure vocaling the Marlene Shaw cuts that Blueboy used on the original version of this song.
