Well, here we are.

This song and I go WAY back. Ever since my first cover of the song back in 2017, I always tried my hardest to constantly improve the song and make it to my fitting. And now, I can say confidently after all this time, that I've made a version that'll stand the test of time. This song means a lot to me.

Incorporating elements from all the past versions of the song made throughout the years, I tried to make this song a love letter to all the musicians who inspired me in my journey with this song in particular. Inverted Fate as an AU has inspired me so much throughout the years and even though the community loves to focus on the hypothetical "No Mercy" run songs made for the AU, the canon comic and story being told is close to my heart similarly to Undertale itself. 

This song was also made as a test of the newly made SFLT plugin made by https://twitter.com/estroBiologist which fixes many of the issues of FL Studio's soundfont sampling in their new version of the Soundfont Player! In addition to that plugin, I decided to finally test out Addictive Drums 2 which gave the track a crisp and punchy drum that fit the scenario of Papyrus' betrayal and struggle of belief perfectly!

And lastly, I wanna thank @george_r1  for helping me with the song's final mix! The dude is immensely talented and has great songs under their belt, so go check out their work! If it wasn't for them, this song wouldn't be as great as it is now!

Hello! Something I thought was long overdue, an original Dusttrust track by yours truly. I went off the rails with this one combining aspects of EDM, ROCK, 8BIT, and a few references to some other Dusttrust songs. This is definitely one of my more powerful songs so people who are into that kind of thing may find this really cool! I hope you enjoy it because this was was especially fun to put together and I'd love to do more stuff like this in the future. Happy listening!!!
