Speedball is my interpretation of the theme track to Speedball2, an old Amiga game released in 1990. 
As a kid i played it all the time and loved its music, so its got a real sense of nostalgia for me. 
Since starting this project I’ve been delving back to influences like this and experimenting and seeing where it takes me. The original was about 130+bpm so I’ve dropped it way down to get some drug chug back!

To celebrate the release of the motion picture ROBOCOP in Russian theaters this spring (Russian version ROBOTKOP!), Turbo presents the latest masterpiece by everyone’s favorite Muscovite prodigy PROXY: 40 seconds / Dance In Dark.

Dance In Dark, long supported by the usual suspects (EBNT2MDJTC) samples quirky Icelandic singer Djork to devastating effect, while 40 Seconds tears a page from global headlines with its scathing indictment of police brutality and government corruption.

2008 will also see the release of Proxy's debut album, so everyone get on board now before we stop taking passengers on the Trans-Cyberian Express.

A few weeks back, I put out the word on my Facebook pages for suggestions of something new to Revamp. There were a *load* of cool suggestions, but the one that stuck was Midnight Juggernauts' Tombstone', partly 'cos I just fancied banging something properly, filthily, electro out there ... with healthy chunks of Dilemn's remix of Autoslide Vs Seductions' 'Anger' as the bedrock, here's the finished article.
