This time we invited great names like Felipe Cordeiro (YES! It is his new digital cumbiarimbó tune), Barrio Lindo, Lagartijeando, Montoya, Romperayo, COMRADE, Pigmalião, EXZ. RumboTumba, Borchi, Chico Correa, Quixosis, San Ignacio,  Carrot Green and our new discovery: Zambo 1492 and his organic sequenced music.

Based in Paris but also Germany through the UrbanCosmonaut Radio crew, his live performances can be compared as a story-telling experience, as the artist focuses on the narrative impact of his sound and visual elements.

After our first release via ZZK records 2 years ago, History of Colour, a collaboration project between El Búho and Barrio Lindo, returns with our second release, "Calidoso". The 4 track EP explores new sonic landscapes for us both, inspired by slow-dance and flitting between andean folk, marimba, electronica and organic sounds.

The music was co-created by Robin (El Búho) and Agustín (Barrio Lindo) in January over emails and Dropboxes between Buenos Aires & Mexico DF and mastered by our good friend Nicola Cruz based in Quito, Ecuador.

The artwork is a fragment of a gorgeous mural called called "Historia del tiempo" from Buenos Aires by the Argentine artist Elías Santis.
