Presento con entusiasmo este nuevo mix, una selección personal de 10 temas de Progressive House puro. Es un viaje  suave, manteniendo la pista en un groove profundo.

El set arranca con un toque personal del track de Yeon, que establece inmediatamente un tono melódico y envolvente. A partir de allí, el mix se construye a través de la afinación de claves (de Cm a Dbm), desde la euforia de Anjunadeep (Nordfold, Ezequiel Arias) hasta la oscuridad deep de Nightcolours (Nico Sparvieri, Jon Towell) y Univack (Roman).

El flow es casi ininterrumpido, con la única, pero poderosa, inyección de energía del clásico de House atemporal de River Ocean en la mitad del recorrido, que eleva el vibe antes de sumergirnos de nuevo en la densidad progressive.

Este set es un homenaje a mi hermano (fan del progressive house), a mi gato Tanis (que fallecio hoy) y al sonido actual del género. La mayoría de los tracks son lanzamientos de 2024 y 2025, presentando a los nombres más relevantes:

El poder latinoamericano: Productores como el talentoso argentino Ezequiel Arias, Nicolás Rada y los compatriotas Nico Sparvieri & Larrosa (AR) demuestran por qué la escena progressive de la región domina el panorama global.

Espacio Cielo continues its mission to map the constellations of modern dance music with a powerful new entry from TDWS, the artistic alias of American producer Ted Williams. His "Hurricane" EP is a compelling four-track journey that captures the tension of a changing atmospheric front, where the warm, recognisable hues of classic Italo Disco collide with the crisp, charged air of contemporary Indie Dance. This is a release with a dual nature, equally suited for the expansive feeling of a widescreen narrative and the intimate, sweat-drenched confines of a club moving in unison as the night reaches its peak. It’s a confident and melodically rich offering that confirms TDWS as a producer with a clear and compelling vision, with the project receiving a further seal of approval from the label’s curator, Parissior, who contributes a reinterpretation.

Premiered here, the title piece is the undeniable centre of this meteorological event. It builds not from a place of chaos, but from a focused and escalating pressure system of rhythm. Synth lines arc across the arrangement like ribbons of lightning, carrying a palpable, almost aching sentiment at their core. This emotional current is the track’s true anchor, ensuring that the driving beat and pulsing energy serve a deeper purpose. Presento este nuevo mix, una odisea de casi 2 horas que se sumerge en las profundidades del Progressive House, entrelazando la potencia melódica con la introspección del Organic y Deep House. Es una sesión cuidadosamente calibrada para construir una experiencia de sonido expansiva y emotiva.

Este mix es un claro testimonio de la maestría en Sudamérica, con múltiples productores de la región que lideran el sonido Progressive mundial:

Progressive House Mix

 The French duo Kimshies, hailing from Lille and Paris, unveil their first EP on Polaris, marking the label’s 37th
 release. Longtime fixtures on Polaris’ radar, the pair deliver an explosive two-tracker blending analogue warmth,
 retro flair, and pure club energy. Following acclaimed outings on Dust & Blood and Roam Recordings, they continue
 to refine a sound driven by raw groove and sonic intensity.

 The title track, “Smacking the Beat”, kicks in with crisp drum machines, a thick analog bassline, and robotic vocal
 hooks that drive its irresistible groove. Distorted synths and shimmering arpeggios give it a vintage edge, while its
 evolving structure fuels peak-time intensity and late-night euphoria.
 
On the flip, “Orgastic” explores deeper territory with a pulsating bassline, hazy vocals, and hypnotic tension. Layers
 of filtered synths and precise percussion create a sensual, immersive atmosphere, proof of Kimshies’ ability to fuse energy and emotion with finesse.

With this debut, Kimshies affirm their identity on Polaris, vibrant, organic, and unapologetically alive.
