Their alluring synth-pop and honest operatic vocals transport listeners to a realm of sensual pleasure, inspired by the feminist power of erotica. Imagine Grace Jones singing minimal wave style in a Chicago house and you'll get a taste of their genre-defying 'Lovers-Dance' sound. Fans of italo disco and digi dub would surely like to take a bite here. They crafted their music with Yamaha Portasound keyboards and smoky Crumar string machines. All of this creates an authentic and distinctive sound that is hard to find elsewhere. 700WET is an explosion of creativity that will take you on a journey of lust, passion, and love.

Start the year with a restorative and rejuvenating gong bath. Recorded live especially for this show, by musician Cathy Eastburn. These instruments are powerful tools for calming, energising, releasing blockages and reducing feelings of anxiety and anger. After a gong bath many people feel a sense of calm and peace; they feel more connected to the world and to others, and also gain a sense of release and easing of tensions both physical and mental. So sit back and take an hour out of your day to allow the harmonic overtones to untangle your mental knots.

To end the show - Shiva Feshareki provides a warped and manipulated version using nothing other than the gong-bath material, with dubplates cut especially for the show. You can experience Cathy’s transcendental gong baths live at Synchronicity Studios in Clapham North, bi-monthly:

"almost to the day 10 years ago i was exchanging emails with carsten (nicolai) and olaf (bender) for my first release with raster-noton. before i knew it, i was playing a concert at villa massimo - i never played in front of people before. till today i feel nervous and a bit estranged by the situation of live performances, but i've learned (a bit) to dive into this and get an experience out of it - after all an essential part of art is presenting what you've done to the public. making a mixtape, though, feels more natural and honest in some way. so, without the need to shoot from the hip, this mix is dedicated to all the patient, inspiring and encouraging people i've met with raster(-noton)."
