"Town Path" was originally created back on September 7, 2022, over a year prior to its release. Nothing about this song was particularly difficult to create; it could have easily been released much earlier.

For a very long time, the working title was simply "Town", and the idea of changing it to "Town Path" was first considered on March 23. I only changed the project title on the release date.

Musically, "Town Path" is very minimalist, which is a deliberate break from the dense production I usually gravitate towards.

I knew right away that she was more of a robot than a human. Only some parts were pleasurable in the refinement they made. Certain mind structures had been honed to a level that only a few, often divergent, individuals can reach. I loved her from the very first moment, and no tests, trainings, or modifications ever changed that. I didn't even know what kind of data she was collecting about us. I didn't want to think about it or any other danger.
