‘Mental Hygiene’ follows the band’s 2022 single ‘In My Head’ - featured on Spotify’s ‘New Pop UK’ playlist - and their debut 2021 EP ‘Pop In The Key of Love’, featured by NME, BBC Introducing, and Made in Chelsea.

In conversation about the track, frontwoman Amanda said: “It’s really about being consumed by emotions, portrayed through the lens of a couple’s deteriorating relationship. You can get stuck in that cycle easily and end up acting completely on impulse. Hopefully, with a bit of maturity, you can break the cycle.”
