Soaked in a melodious aura of quality from head to toe, GLXY’s attention to detail is extremely prominent in this latest offering. From the crisp sounds of ‘Something Good’, which incorporates the assistance of Unglued’s signature wobbles and Javeon’s soothing R&B-tinged vocals, to the groove-laden, vocal sampling masterclass of ‘New Day’, the degree of drum and bass on this EP is nothing short of exceptional.

It’s been a while since we put out any music by Goldfat founder Mitekiss. In that time he’s carved out a name for himself working with titan labels such as Shogun Audio and Hospital Records, who released two albums showing Mitekiss as a true artist who digs deep and brings heart and emotion to his sound.

It’s no surprise then that for his first outings back with the label he started he has delivered two stunning works of that melancholy soul he does so well.

First up is the ghostly ‘Love Me, Haunt Me’. Elements of techno receive the dub treatment, like waves that build up before breaking and washing over the track. Reflective and moving in equal measure.
