Wax Museum is a Disco-Funk Riot collective based in Berlin. The six-member international band offers funk and disco rhythms without betraying the punk spirit that brought them together. Each member takes their turn at the front of the stage, taking the crowd on a journey through the many grooves and colours of Wax Museum. 

Contrapuntal melodies, cleverly sequenced synthesizers, multiple percussive layers and vocal choirs. Lyrically they are eclectic, at times absurd. The songs smack of dipsomaniacal, forlorn socially disobedience. They create music that is equally at home in dance clubs as it is in the DIY band scene. 

In Berlin they have played two sold-out shows at Urban Spree and performed at prominent clubs and festivals such as Sysyphos and Fusion. The band has toured outside of Germany twice and have already released 3 EP’s.
