Jini Piju is part of DISCOflausch - a crew who loves heavy rolling bass and diverse genre and style variations in sets. And a crew with comfort and cuddles high on the priority list obviously, with ‘flausch’ referring to ‘fluff.’ On the dance floor you get easily soaked up in their vibes and the connotations they develop regarding accentuated music and beats that specifically comes with reduced tempo. When Jini Piju experienced the slower side of partying as a lifestyle for the first time she made it her own as swift as the wind and integrated it in her everyday life. Her musical journey and lifestyle is evolving ever since. 

Since the electronic music scene is slowly learning to become more aware, less sexist and more supportive of FLINTA* individuals when it comes to booking, payment, organizations and partying in general, also music productions should become more diverse and less male dominated. So for the third time in the last five years I had the honor to be asked to play for two wonderful people on the day they were declaring their eternal love to each other but sadly this time I couldn't make it to the event itself because of my bad health that makes me a high risk patient. And while nothing beats the feeling of attending the magical celebration of love, I still wanted to contribute and dedicate a set to it and so I recorded this. 

I tried to capture a glimpse of that warm, safe feeling of loving and being loved and I also tried to make it a favorite for these two people specifically ♡

@akirakawaakari spent the summer in Germany and whereever his idols 
would play the music Akira enjoys the most. As Resumée the dj and graphic designer from Bern was invited to play a set in our beautiful booth. He would like to say following:

"Time should never limit the magic of certain moments, as it leads us to unexpected places. Summertime, my Berlin days, and the festivals brought me wonderful memories and encounters with so many amazing people on the dance floor, during DJ sets, in clubs, and much, much more.

Now I can express my feelings through music – a great opportunity! This set is my attempt to process my past experiences and share them with you. It was the most beautiful time in the universe."
