June's episode on the MindTrip Podcast welcomes Moscow's Mary Yuzovskaya for an exclusive mix. Back in 2013 she relocated to NYC where she became a key figure in the US scene, performing regularly at different venues while she was also working as a vinyl distribution manager at renowned Brooklyn-based record shop Halcyon. Since 2020 she is based in Berlin where she runs her imprint called Monday Off, releasing work from artists that explore Techno's trippier side. Enjoy her deep, hypnotic 60min exclusive mix.

It is an honor to have one of our all times favorites dj/producers in our Series, one hour and a half full of Techno.

Joey Anderson has always released great music keeping the essence of what he has built with his sound and style, deep rhythms with hypnotic feeling. 
Extended catalogue of releases in some of the best underground labels like Syncrophone Recordings, Levon Vincent & Anthony Parasole’s Deconstruct Music, and of course, his own label Inimeg Recordings, to mention a few.

	As a DJ, Joey has been touring at festivals and clubs all over the world, being as well a very often special guest at the dutch festival Dekmantel, where, as you might imagine, he has released music as well.

Anderson is one of those artists you should always keep an eye on, creativity and unexpected sounds are essential in his music. Whether music or dancing, Joey Anderson never loses his own visión.

For the next episode of our series we’ve invited the Russian artist Mary Yuzovskaya who is currently residing in Berlin. Mary has been cultivating her approach to electronic music for over 13 years already, and in that time she has proven herself to be a worthy vinyl-only DJ and producer. Since the year 2017 she is also running her own label Monday Off where she curates and presses work from artists that explore the trippier, more hypnotic side of Techno. 

For her contribution to SALON she recorded a vinyl-only mix and shared with us what drives her as an artist:

‘The most exciting thing about DJing, producing and running a label is a unique opportunity to create and shape your own world and let others experience it. In my sets I share some of the records that bring me joy and make me feel things in this particular time frame. If these tracks resonate with the listener I find my mission accomplished.'

Embodiment 033 - Mary Yuzovskaya

This month’s Carhartt WIP Radio show features @donato-dozzy, one of the country’s most profound electronic music producers and DJs, internationally renowned for the hypnotic and manifold ways in which he can create deep, absorbing techno trips.

Dozzy first honed his skills at the mythical squat-slash-club Brancaleone in Rome, before moving to Berlin in the mid-aughts, where he elevated his signature style even further with his “Dozzy’s Night” residency at Panorama Bar. Since then, he has gone on to grace line-ups alongside esteemed peers, such as Marcel Dettmann, Jeff Mills, Surgeon, and his compatriot Marco Shuttle.

As a producer, Dozzy first began to make waves in 2004, and has since gone on to release a string of EPs and albums on labels such as Spectrum Spools, Tresor, or The Bunker New York. In addition, he also runs three record labels. Dozzy Records, launched 2006, @spaziodisponibile, established in 2016 together with DJ and producer Giuseppe Tillieci aka @neel, and his latest label @magacircemusica, together with the Spanish graphic artist and DJ @aliciacarrera. 

For Carhartt WIP Radio, Dozzy conducted a mix that gently immerses the listener into his rich body of work playing classics like “Gol” and remixes he has done for other artists, like the legendary experimental electronic group Cabaret Du Ciel. Scott Ferguson delved into the House & Techno scene in Detroit, Michigan in 1994, transitioning into DJing and exploring various vinyl records encompassing Detroit & Chicago House, Detroit Techno, Disco, & Funk. In 1998, he embraced the Ensoniq ASR-10, integral to his sample-heavy, filtered sound. Ferguson's debut 12" surfaced in 2001 under his own label, alongside releases on 'Mahogani Music' and 'Psychostatia Recordings'. In 2012, he initiated two new projects: the minimalist 'Black Boxx' utilizing three black hardware boxes, and JBSF with Jitterbug. His productions have garnered acclaim from iconic DJs such as Derrick May, Larry Heard, and Moodymann. Presently, Ferrispark Records continues to produce and distribute vinyl, while Ferguson continues his global DJ ventures.

Milo Bragg, a long-time key figure at Juno Records since the late ‘90s, has seen his musical taste evolve from hard club bangers to a more chilled, ambient sound. Inspired by his experience at Juno, he founded Future Primitive Records bringing some exceptional CD and tape-only tracks to vinyl, other notable projects include an edit of Leo Anibaldi’s classic “Aeon Fusion I”.

Additionally, Milo created the Club Rooted mix series, exploring the intersection of electronic music’s history with contemporary “non-dance floor” club sounds. Here he enjoys crafting mixes that blend old chill-out room vibes with modern warm-up elements , he draws inspiration from innovative DJs like Konduku mixing old records to create new sounds.

For the Short Attention Mix 045, Milo has put together an exclusively 90’s UK techno mix with a couple of tracks from the early 00’s and a heavy Detroit influence.

Tom Dicicco is a renowned electronic music producer and DJ, known for his deep and atmospheric techno sound. He has made significant contributions to the techno scene with releases on respected labels such as Delsin, M>O>S Recordings, Jordan GCZ's Off Minor, and Anthony Parasole’s The Corner.

Throughout his career, Dicicco has collaborated with notable artists like Fred P, Luke Hess, Dario Zenker and Skudge, and has appeared alongside them on VA releases.

More recently, Tom has been working on a new collaboration with long time friend and artist Roger 23. Recording between the UK and Germany, Tom and Roger have been amassing a collection of tracks ready for release very soon.

For Short Attention Mix 047, Tom Dicicco provides a 60-minute music selection that reflects his diverse musical taste and eclectic influences, offering a rich blend of genres beyond his usual techno sound.

Jesus Gonsev is a DJ, producer, and owner of Troubled Kids Records, known for his deep and tech-house sound, blending jazz, soul, and funk influences. 

In his label, Jesus has released music by prominent artists like Kai Alce, Alton Miller, Lifer Recorder, Owen Jay & Melchior Sultana, among others. He has also successfully released music under and he has collaborated with big names like Glenn Underground,Javonntte Garret or Sarignia Bonfá and with Dan Piu under the winner aka The Winelambs.

And as a DJ, Jesus has performed at renowned venues and festivals like Native Club in Bristol, Sunscape Festival in Malta, Gumba Fire Festival in South Africa, Goa Festival in Madrid, and Ibiza Sonica at Aura in Ibiza.

For the Short Attention Mix 047, Jesus Gonsev brings a mix full of deep house grooves, smooth melodies, and a bit of driving techno. It’s a perfect blend of classic house vibes and modern energy, making it great for both dancing and easy listening.

We are pleased to welcome Warren Harris aka Hanna for the Short Attention Mix 048. Even though this live set runs just 25 minutes, it is packed with energy and feeling. Short, direct, and special — a snapshot of Hanna’s sound in the moment.

Warren Harris, better known as Hanna, is a producer and multi-instrumentalist from Cleveland, Ohio. His music blends deep house, techno, and drum ’n’ bass with strong jazz influences, often using live instruments like guitar, bass, flute, and keys. Over the years he has released albums such as Severance, Scarlet Manifesto, Amen, and Contemplating Jazz, as well as many singles and EPs. He also teamed up with Dan Curtin under the project Key of Soul. Hanna is known for his deep, soulful, and textured sound that goes beyond standard dance-floor formulas.

In Warren Harris words:

"Blijvend means to continue or continuum or everlasting (the language Vlaams or Flemish)


Blijvend is actually a song that I made in real-time in my studio, even played live it cannot be re-created or played the same way twice.

I created an ambient loop of music that is swimming or floating out of one sampler (acting as turntable 1) 120 BPM

I created drum motifs on another machine (acting as turntable 2) 130 BPM

I dj'd the motifs randomly in real-time while the loop is floating or swimming (of course I am filtering and performing this all in real-time)

The drums are not synced to the swimming loop...ever
It's a one-time moment in time experience I captured
