Desi, originally born in Lima, Ohio, moved to Texas around the age of 9, due to the incarceration of her Father. Being a singer and musician himself, Desi’s involvement in music became second nature at an early age because of her Father’s persistence in their craft. At 13, repeated conflicts at her new home (with her mother) forced Desi to move in with her Aunt, in Saginaw, TX, where she would realize her true purpose in life…. Singing. 

Desi made efforts to strive for more by joining multiple school clubs, leading her varsity choir and (joining)the dance team while accumulating numerous awards along the way. She didn’t stop there. Her motivation drove her to perform at local sporting events, graduations, churches and more. At the age of 15, Desi got her first taste of a recording studio when she was asked to get in the booth. In 2014, she decided becoming a recording artist is what she truly wanted. 

Desi received years of practice by demoing vocals for producers and laying hooks for other local and major artists in Houston, TX. She’s become a trendsetting influencer when it comes to her style and beauty. Every song written, recorded or performed gives you a glimpse of her personality and passion for music! Today, Desi is currently working on her own brand and pursuing her own path in music releasing her first single "Can't Deny".

SHE WAS BORN AND RAISED IN THE 5TH WARD AREA AND ATTENDED NAT Q HENDERSON ELEMENTARY. GROWING UP IN BETWEEN TWO LOVING HOUSEHOLDS BRITTANY ALWAYS MAINTAINED A STRAIGHT ‘A’ STUDENT AND STAYED ON THE DEANS LIST FOR GREAT CONDUCT AND OUTSTANDING GRADES. BRITTANY GRADUATED AT THE YOUNG AGE OF 16 AND MOVED ON TO BECOMING HEAD OF HER OWN HOUSEHOLD WHICH INCLUDED HER LITTLE SISTER.
