Being tired of various 'all sound the same' cores, we aim at mixing different genres laying special stress on combination of lyrical and agressive principles in metal. We somewhat owe to classical patterns and are not obsessed with ultra modern sound and bands who fatally lose their roots. At the same time we are open to experiments. Dialogue between the new and the old is the best way to say something firm to this world and avoid momentary musical words. The song must remain the song, not just thoughtless headbanging.

David Shotsberger is the Director of Creative Arts at Advent Presbyterian Church, Cordova, TN and an assistant professor of music at Rhodes College where he teaches music technology and composition. Dr. Shotsberger is an active composer, arranger and songwriter with domestic and international performances of his orchestral works by the Atlanta, Memphis, and Charleston Symphonies as well as chamber works performed by Relache (Philadelphia, PA) and the Ensemble Eclipse (Beijing, China). Recent recording credits include collaborations with Grammy- and Dove-award winner Bruce Carroll, A Band of Thieves, This Glorious Cause and EDM artist d.lance. He currently resides in the serene yet occasionally noisy countryside of Arlington, TN with his wife, Holly, and his children, David III and Lydia Rose.
