Gwann is a versatile and innovative artist whose musical journey began in 2009 as a DJ and has since evolved into a multifaceted career as a producer, performer, and artist within the dubstep culture. Known for blending heavy, soul-stirring bass with classic dub and reggae elements, blending with the electronic sounds, Gwann’s music and live performances are a reflection of his deep connection to the evolving landscape of bass music and dubstep, an influence that runs through everything he creates.
In the early years, Gwann immersed himself in the dynamic world of dub and reggae, using the genre’s raw, sub-heavy sound as the foundation for his productions and live sets. Influenced by pioneers like Skream, Benga, and Rusko on the EDM side , Gwann’s mixes quickly gained recognition for their seamless transitions and ability to blend heavy bass with atmospheric Dub elements and soulful lyrics.
As Gwann’s career progressed, his impact on the dubstep scene became undeniable. Sharing the stage with renowned acts like Ternion Sound, The Widdler,  Sumthin Sumthin, VCTRE , BLACK CARL ect. Gwann became an integral part of the global bass music community. 
Gwann was good addition to Dubterrain.net, where he learned the ropes from DJ DISTINCT. Whether performing at underground warehouse parties or major festival stages, Gwann’s live shows embodied the spirit of dubstep culture—characterized by bass-heavy sound systems, unrelenting energy, and a sense of unity among listeners.
Looking to the future, Gwann continues to break new ground in the world of dubstep and beyond. His growing discography showcases an artist who consistently seeks to evolve and push the limits of what music can be, while maintaining a deep connection to the culture that first drew him to the genre. As both a producer and performer, Gwann’s ability to craft emotionally resonant music while embracing the raw, visceral power of bass ensures that his influence on the dubstep scene will continue to resonate for years to come.
