The beat and lyrics were produced and recorded in less than ten hours, it’s not refined but it was a fun project, kind of a way for me to prove to myself that I could actually finish something 🤷‍♂️😁😆 enjoy, I’m sure many will be less than thrilled with the message, but you can’t always make everybody happy 🤷‍♂️

The Day I Reach The End

I wanted to attempt a bit of singing in this song. Went an octave higher than I’m usually inclined to record, but I think it conjures the feelings I wanted to convey. I made the beat top to bottom which is always a good feeling. The first verse, much as in “Don’t Run”, I went with a pretty steady solid rhyme cadence, but wanted to explore a bit more intricate plots in the second. As always, every song is written from the deepest place in my heart and soul.
