I looked it up in the text. They are wrong. (Or it’s a retcon.) “Mimblewimble” is Vernon Dursley’s incoherent muttering when Hagrid tells Harry that he’s a wizard at the very beginning. “Uncle Vernon, who had gone very pale, whispered something that sounded like ‘Mimblewimble’.”
