Sorcerer's Stone chapters 16-17. One book down, six to go! And eight movies, and another series of movies, and some side books, and video games... okay, there's a lot left. Still, we finished Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and we have this extra long episode to prove it! Before we reminisce on the the final chapters and the book as a whole, though, we talk about Harry Potter: A History of Magic, a new documentary with a twist that shook us to our cores.

Episode 7: Chekov's Squirt Gun

Sorcerer's Stone film & video games. We read the first Harry Potter book, so naturally we had to see the movie! Play the video games! Buy the toys! Visit the theme park! (Not yet, but one day.) We examine the rogue's gallery of Sorcerer's Stone themed video games from 2001, then we discuss the film which is... fine? It's fine. It's completely fine. The director, however... he has some things to say, and so does Katie Couric in this time capsule episode.

Chamber of Secrets chapters 1 & 2. We've arrived! But before we indulge in our favorite house-elf, we have some housekeeping to do - namely, chatting about Hogwarts Mystery and the US premiere of Cursed Child. After we walk through the opening of the second book, we tackle our toughest assignment yet: answering random questions about Dobby from Reddit.

Episode 9: Indulgence

Chamber of Secrets chapters 3-4. We take a moment of silence to remember the fictional characters lost 20 years ago in a battle that didn't actually happen before discussing two chapters we actually really liked! Don't worry though, after all the positive feelings are out of the way we put on our thinking caps to design the "ultimate" Harry Potter video game.

Chamber of Secrets chapters 15-16. It's nearly over, but our suffering isn't quite through yet. Harry meets a giant spider in a pointless chapter and then "solves" the mystery that Hermione worked so hard to investigate, and Ginny walked in on Percy cranking it or something. It's all a mess, but fear not: the Shrieking Shack is here to fix Hogwarts by designing an all-new house to replace Slytherin! Slurp??
