Planning and conducting this interview provided valuable insights into the diverse perspectives and experiences of users when it comes to automobile servicing. I learned that building rapport and setting a comfortable atmosphere at the beginning of the interview helps participants open up more easily, leading to richer and more authentic responses. Additionally, I realized the importance of asking specific and probing questions to uncover detailed insights rather than relying on generalizations. In the future, I will focus more on asking follow-up questions to delve deeper into participants' experiences and motivations, ensuring a more thorough understanding of their needs and preferences.
