This episode of the SHUVT world series comes in from Sjonkel Rolfsen! Experimenting in all sorts of sounds this more toned back, chill episode of the mixcast is perfect to wind down into the weekend on a journey of sounds inspired by Sjonkels travels and beyond. Escape into the various soundscapes that occasionally bring you back to earth with rhythmic sections of the mix.


Sjonkel Rolfsen is a vinyl enthusiast and music collector from Trondheim in Norway. He has been welding records at local venues and events for two decades. Now turning 40, he mostly enjoys to fiddle around with experimental and ambient music in the comfort of his own living room, but sometimes still get the odd epiphany to wonder out into the hypnotic world of house, techno and minimal. When he is not fumbling about on the decks, he likes to travel. He tries to play with the possibility of combining electronica and leftfield soundscapes, in a podcast friendly way, catering to your everyday soundtrack needs.

Acteur de la scène électro française depuis plus de 30 ans, il oscille entre sets techno mélodique et
acid house. Influencé jusqu’alors par le hip hop et la soul music.
En 1988, au Boy (Paris), Teardrøp découvre la musique électronique, très vite il découvre les premières soirées underground.

Il achète ses premiers vinyls en 1990 puis ses platines en 1991.
En 1992 il fait ses premiers pas sur la scène électronique française.
Inspiré par les pionniers de la techno, tel que Laurent Garnier, Manu le Malin , Jeff Mills ou encore
Carl Cox, il continue son aventure musicale riche et variées.

Co-Organisateur en 2000 de la rave Creative Core, créateur en 2012 du Collectif la Garderie et en 2016 du collectif Radio Activity, Ryko poursuit sa passion et son self motiv la musique et le plaisir de partager cet esprit avec les autres !

El dj y productor de los países bajos Zolex, quien en su época marcó tendencia, regresa en el 2023 con un album que salió en vinilo a través de Diggers Factory, y ahora nosotros os traemos uno de los remixes del lanzamiento de Black Dope. 

La versión que os traemos es la más funk y housera de todas. La cual se caracteriza por ciertos ramalazos del duo ya separado...
